“Ordered over the phone. Dealt with a chap called John, who was very knowledgeable. Ordered a pallet of Hotties. Delivery was on time. Heat logs are the best too.”

“Kiln Dried Birch Firewood burns very cleanly very little sparks and retains the heat for a considerable time, Delivery on time, no issues. Lewis Bark Briquettes, retains the heat and burns slower than the Birch, Ideal if you are going out for 2 to 3 hours, burns away to nothing Waxling Firelighters does what it says on the bag lights the fire with no hassle, idiot proof.”

“We purchased a crate of Birch for our wood stove. Very happy with the advice we received at Calido and extremely happy with the product. A massive thanks to the delivery driver too, he was a great help in getting the crate exactly where I needed it, saving me a lot of work. We will definitely be using Calido again next time!”

“Trying to find an alternative to Verdo briquettes we visited the Calido showroom in Stirling. We bought 4 alternative products to try and also received advice from John. Phoned the office several days later and placed an order. Delivery date was negotiated and briquettes arrived a few days later. Helpful advice and prompt delivery of order.”
