“The whole process was simple and smooth. The website was a breeze for ordering. We were notified when the delivery was coming. The palette was placed where we wanted it. The logs themselves burn well. They come in different sizes which is good. We are delighted and will be regular customers from now on. Thank you for your professionalism, it's truly appreciated.”

“Arrived on the day expected Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding regarding where the logs should have been placed I phoned and explained and the driver came out and moved the logs for me He could nt have e been nicer and the office staff immediately arranged for my request to be completed. A company that understands how to look after their customers”
