“Easy purchase process, quick delivery and good quality logs. It would have been 5 stars if Calido and their chosen delivery provider could have given a 2 hour delivery window or even an am or pm delivery guarantee! Not many companies now expect customers to stay in all day waiting for a delivery without advance notification. All it takes is for Calido’s delivery service to do their delivery plan the night before and text all delivery customers with an approx 2 hour delivery window. Simple. Please consider this Calido.”

“A fantastic company, easy to deal with and helped us to choose the right stove for our house. They have a good range of in stock stoves, wood and accessories and the customer service and after sales service has been excellent. Their pricing is competitive and deliver exactly when they say they are going to. I would not hesitate to recommend purchasing from Calido!”
