“Unbelievably good, just as our stove installer promised. I was struggling to get our large stove to a high enough temperature...1st burn with Calido ash it got there quickly and each log seemed to burn forever. Very impressed”

“Excellent service.....simple to order, good communication, and delivered when expected. I have used these ‘Hotties’ before and won’t burn anything else in my Woodburner. Simple to stack, easy to light, and barely any ashes to remove, plus the benefit of every log is the same.......no mixed batches like ordinary logs and not knowing if you’re getting the weight you’ve paid for! Highly recommend.”

“Problem was a day late got text to say would be here between 7 and 9 am arrived at 2 30 pm load partly off pallet had to be unloaded by hand but had no pallet truck anyway driver said he must have left it somewhere not great n Brown”

“Even though I rang outside opening hours I got a a response straightaway. Previously I had ordered through another company which is no longer in business so I was delighted to get such a friendly and informative response from John. The delivery process went exactly as stated including a call on the day to give an approx. time then a later call for del. within 10 mins. Logs are as described and the same as from the previous company.”

“Excellent service. Beautifully dry ash logs in handy sized crate. Delivery on day specified. Driver dropped crate exactly where I asked him to. This is the second crate I have bought and I shall certainly buy more from you in due course.”

“Very happy with the advice of briquettes to try after my usual supplier was not able to supply what I wanted. I am also trying some bark briquettes and hotties to compare to my usual. Wood delivered as scheduled and parked neatly on their pallet at the back of my drive.”
