“Hotties logs are great and delivered very fast in fact next day. The only issue I have is the vouchers for discount on your next order do not work on the website when ordering ?”

Dear Jonathan, I'm disappointed to see a 3 star review which gets classed as a negative review given the overall service we provided you. We delivered a good product at an extremely competitively price. It was delivered exactly as described on the day you choose and in line with how the delivery is described on our website. This being "kerbside" delivery service via Palletline. If terrain and access allow it's up to the driver to decide if its possible to wheel the pallet any further. “Great service from start to finish with the install of our stove. Just had my first bulk delivery of birch. Delivered exactly when they said it would be. Logs are very good - dry and never a problem lighting them.”

“Good Comms with delivery driver gave me a delivery window all went well. Logs are great as good as a similar log of a different name. Burn well great heat would definitely recommend. Next palette will be a fully one.”
