“Perfect friendly & efficient service from the initial telephone call to delivery. Their driver made a superb effort to get his vehicle as far down our drive as possible so minimising our efforts to put into tour store. They were suggested to me by a neighbour who has used Calido for two years. Many thanks, David”

“Delivery was on the day we expected which was great. The driver was nice but could have been more cooperative and accepted the offer of better access to the driveway through the low front pavement instead of leaving the huge pallet on the side of the road.”

“I ordered a palate of the heat logs for delivery to Cheshire .Delivery was delayed but this was explained with a phone call and rearranged well in advance which was polite . The delivery driver was helpful on the day and put the palate where I wanted it on the drive . I haven’t burnt the product yet , but it looks excellent, logs are dense and none are broken in the packs and I’m sure they will perform well, not dissimilar to ‘blazers’ that I can’t get this year.It stacks easily in the garage”

“95% Perfect logs , quite small but leaves less air space which is good for volume but not the best for burning too fast goes. Overall OK”
