“We purchased a crate of Birch for our wood stove. Very happy with the advice we received at Calido and extremely happy with the product. A massive thanks to the delivery driver too, he was a great help in getting the crate exactly where I needed it, saving me a lot of work. We will definitely be using Calido again next time!”

“Trying to find an alternative to Verdo briquettes we visited the Calido showroom in Stirling. We bought 4 alternative products to try and also received advice from John. Phoned the office several days later and placed an order. Delivery date was negotiated and briquettes arrived a few days later. Helpful advice and prompt delivery of order.”

“Very efficient service let down by the product. A sample pack was a godsend as allowed appraisal of heat log, more companies should follow suit. Previous order of kiln dried ash was excellent and will be ordering it again.”

“Not always the cheapest but they supply excellent Kiln dried logs that won’t ruin your expensive log burning fire. Delivery is also excellent. They always try to deliver according to your wishes. Overall a good product and a good service.”

“Since installing our stove in 2015 we have ordered our logs from Calido and will continue to do so in future. They provide a good, prompt service with good quality logs at a reasonable price. This time we included a bag of peat in our order. This was keenly priced and much cheaper than can be obtained on line.”

“Fantastic find today, and only 8 minutes drive away, we went for the first time today to buy logs for our new burner and greeted by a very pleasant young lady who took the time to explain about the differences between the logs, burn time, heat, flame etc, you can buy as much or as little as you need all at a very reasonable price and there is a great selection of stoves on sale ( wish we had found here when looking for ours). All in all we would highly recommend CALIDO !!!! 10/10”
