“Excellent service and brilliant product. Love the ease of this as driver just wheels this into our garage and we use from the crate. So easy. Brilliant wood, burns really hot every time. 1 crate lasted us a year and we use the log burner every day when it’s cold weather.”

“Easily ordered and delivered. No back breaking stacking of log pile!! My log burners have never burned so hot and efficiently...would highly recommend.”

“After shopping around multiple providers, we eventually decided on Calido for a number of reasons. They had a wide range of stoves which we were able to see in operation in their showroom, they could arrange fast deliver mainly from stock and also arranged installation in an equally short time. Not only do they supply and install stoves, but also provide logs, kindling and lighters. The owner even came out and demonstrated the stoves the day after installation at no extra charge. In short, Calido are a one stop shop for everything we needed, with fast and efficient customer service and competitive pricing. What's not to like?”

“Good price. Briquettes are solid and burn well. Need some kind of kindling to start as as so thick difficult to break into small pieces. Long burn. Warm. Moderate ash. Delivery driver was fab. Delivery as requested at time requested. To a separate address. Driver even wheeled into garage up small slope. Would NOT hesitate to re order these briquettes or from this company. Thank you.”

“Really unfortunately but the rapping that was around the logs was split and had got wet so when I got them they were swollen and like sawdust.”

“Ordered a Chesney Heat & Grill over the phone with Gregor and delivered within 48 hours direct to our door. A superb piece of kit which has really added to our outdoor space. Great follow up customer service again from Gregor. Can’t recommend Calido and the Chesney Heat & Grill highly enough.”

“We are very pleased with the blocks the delivery man was brilliant and they're burning equally so well as the others we had from you And these don't burn up the glass at low temperature but the other ones they burnt up the glass which made it hard to clean these are very good we would recommend them thank you John and Laura”
