“We Have dealt with Calido now for nearly 2 years and could not be better served.Last delivery was today (Aug 11)and the driver went well above and beyond trying to negotiate our fate to make it easier to unload and stack.All of our dealings with this company have been great!! Couldn't,t wish for better”

“Excellent service from Calido. From the time we first went to look at the hot tubs, they were helpful and informative but not pushy. The installation was excellent and the two delivery men could not have been more helpful in ensuring the area we had prepared was suitable and in unloading all our logs to our preferred location. Thanks so much - we will definitely be returning customers.”

“Spot on staff, friendly and helpful. I use birch in my stove and Calido's wood is excellent. I have used 2 other suppliers in the past but I'm sticking with Calido.”

“Found this company on a web search. The only company I could find with the product I was looking for. Everyone else had sold out. I rang to make sure they still had the product. Good service on the phone which confirmed what I wanted. Proceeded to use the online order process and the product arrived within 3 days. No complaints whatsoever. Very good and would definitely use again.”

“Calido.... are very communicative and helpful. Following my initial order, which arrived on the requested date, I'd forgotten to order a metal plate for the heater to sit on. Called Calido, ordered one and was with me next day! High praise! I was also very impressed with the company who delivered. Given the heater's weight and it being a kerbside delivery.... they got it up my rough drive and as close to my garden gate before even letting me know they were there. They went beyond the 'call of duty'.”
