“Great communication and service. Delivered perfectly and some free logs which I wasn't expecting as don't read all the info. Thanks for a great product is slowly rusting and looking forward to a fully rusted product. Thanks John and team and have recommended a friend the larger chesney burner from yourselves 👍”

“Found the stove I wanted on Calidos website at a very good price. I also wanted to log store but couldn’t see this on their website. Contacted them via email and they responded very promptly saying they had the stand in stock and had added it to their site so I could purchase. Excellent service, delivered swiftly. All in order!”

“The price is very competitive and prompt, however delivery driver delivered to a house 8 doors away from ours! I'm glad I didn't order the full pallet a box of 3 was heavy enough to move.”

“Product perfect but let down by delivery driver. Had someone not been at home he would have dropped pallet at the kerb side. Was put in the desired place in the end so was clearly not an issue.”

I am glad that you enjoy our Kiln Dried Ash 🔥 In regards to the delivery process, our agreement with our palletline partner is strictly a kerb side delivery however if possible the driver will usually move it closer if there is stable ground and it is safe to do so. “Love these log briquettes, had our first pallet at Christmas last year and am now stocking up for the winter, ordered another pallet as I have enough room in the log store for them. Throws out more heat than conventional logs and hardly any ash.”
