“Logs and kindling excellent quality as usual. Again was not notified by courier time slot for delivery. Phoned Courier, told driver would be with me at 11.00 am. He arrived just before 9! So mad rush to dress appropriately and move cars, etc Delivery driver was very helpful. I know this is nothing to do with you directly but wanted to make you aware. Second time no delivery slot given! They text to say I will receive notice of a 2 hour slot on morning of delivery but no notification received .”
