“First rate service. Easy to order; a very nice telephone call from the company. Delivered a day early and kept full in the loop on delivery time. Pleasant and helpful delivery driver. Importantly, the product (birch logs) is very good and burns well - good heat output. Certainly use them again - in fact, I've just recommended them to my neighbour.”

“Always apleasure to deal with John and his team!! Another promt, reliable, friendly delivery of the Calido Briquettes - a great product for those wanting high heat output and a clean, bright burn - we love them!1 There are maybe slightly cheapers briquettes around but I would bet - none that will burn as long and as hot as these beauties! Thanks Calido”

“Outstanding product and service. Not the cheapest but certainly the best. In the past I have had companies send good quality wood only for the follow up orders to be rubbish. Not with Calido. Met my orders perfectly and the delivery was the day they said it would be. Follow up orders just as good. High quality kiln dried wood of a high standard. Will defo use again.”
