“Despite requesting to have the briquettes delivered on Wednesday (as per the Calido ordering process), the briquettes were delivered the day before on Tuesday. Great communication from Calido saved the day. Will definitely use again.”

“I ordered a sample pack which was delivered super quick and free delivery. I wanted to know if the sample pack was like a previous product that is now unavailable that I use to buy. After much searching and trying I think these briquettes will be the ones I will be using this winter, haven’t yet tried them but they look and feel identical. Very happy”

“Delivery on time and good communication- driver left the pallet exactly where we wanted. The net bags are great when you have an awkward area to store the logs, and also make it easy to bring a decent amount into the house.”

“It was by chance that I came across the Calido site and how glad was I. Within 48hrs I had researched the product, placed an order initially for 2 tons, then given a delivery date within 3 days of purchase. Also 'John' was fortunately on hand to guide me through the online procedure which incidently is very straight forward. I will certainly be purchasing my wood supply from Calido from now on. The only problem I now have is, do I share my good fortune of finding a supplier of the high quality wood briquettes with my friends and fellow wood burners, or do I keep it to myself? I think I'll share it to ensure that the Calido company remain in business, in Scotland.”

“The service was outstanding from ordering to delivery. I was telephoned to be advised that my order was being despatched that night and delivered on my requested day. I was telephoned by the delivery driver on the delivery day at 8.00am and informed he would be with me within the hour. We couldn't help the poor weather that hindered the unloading but the pallet was delivered into my garage on an electric pallet truck instead of being dropped on the road outside as previous delivery drivers had done.”
