“The Verdo type Calido logs are as good as the original Verdo. We had a few packs of Verdo and we've been using them alongside the Calido and could see no difference. Unfortunately for us the only delivery option is an 18 ton lorry and the driver was unwilling to come down our lane. Smaller delivery truck would make Calido top supplier for us.”

“Fourth delivery from Calido logs and I cant recommend them enough. Logs are great, and delivery is always on the day requested with a call from the driver (who's really nice) to say he's on his way.”

“This log company is brilliant however the courier they use are not very good I had a palette of briquettes delivered a month ago it was pouring with rain and all the delivery driver had to remove them from lorry was a hand pump palette truck obviously it wouldn’t take the weight so he dumped it at end of my drive after a lot of moaning at me Make sure the drivers have electric palette trucks I had to hand move 100 briquette packets into my garage alone !!! Not Happy”

“I ordered a pallet of briquettes online on a Tuesday evening and selected a delivery date for the Friday. Friday I received a phone call one hour ahead of the delivery and the pallet arrived as planned. Brilliant service - no stress! Thanks.”

“We've had two log deliveries so far from Calido, and though they aren't the cheapest we've bought they are the best. In our experience other suppliers who looked cheaper ended up more expensive. With Calido we've received what we expected: no builders bags which are smaller than expected or only loosely filled, no bark or rotten wood or logs which aren't the type we've paid for; just excellent product which matches exactly what they advertise, reliable friendly service, delivery on time, and no stress or worry.”
