“A fantastic company, easy to deal with and helped us to choose the right stove for our house. They have a good range of in stock stoves, wood and accessories and the customer service and after sales service has been excellent. “I got the Verdo style briquettes and delivery was spot on. Fast, easy transaction from order to delivery. Will use Calido again. I can confirm that they're exactly the same product as the old Verdos which is what I was after. I've tried basically every briquette on the market and I think that pound for pound this is the best. Overall, Oak or Ash Pini Kay are a better log, but the Verdo style briquettes offer great burning characteristics too - they don't swell too much compared to other similar, inferior products. Crucially, these briquettes offer the best value for money and have decent environmental credentials.”

“So pleased with the log burner we received. Excellent customer service- after I placed the order they rung me to discuss delivery and what would be best. It was delivered within a few days and we’re miles away :) Also received a fire starting pack which was a nice surprise. Would deffo recommend and order again from them.”

“Not used them yet but nice and dry and more logs than expected in the pallet. I would like to thank James the driver who couldn’t have been more helpful as the pallet was leaning over so was tighter fit than expected but we managed. Will deal with Calido company again can’t fault them”

“great logs unfortunatley the delivery driver couldn't get his motorised pallet lift over a mere 2" high kerb stone at the path so i had to move 960kg of logs about 70 yards from the road to my door by hand, no easy feat i assure you ! this will unfortunately put me off ordering these again in the future”
