“Great service and delivery (although they were delivered the day before promised, which could be a problem for some). Delivery driver even offered to place the pallet in my garage. Will definitely use again”

“Excellent all round. Ordered a half pallet of briquettes, we were kept informed all along the way of progress and delivery to central London carried out by a very friendly and helpful driver. Great quality product and a very fair price. Will definitley use them again.”

“I was very satisfied with the service I received, I have not used any briquettes yet it is not cold enough, only one criticism, the tracking said delivery between 8AM and 9-30 am, it didn't arrive until 1-30 PM, there was no updates.”

“they burn just the way I want them to some of the others I have tried are too hot and burn away to quick so those briquettes are just perfect and you will be getting a lot more orders from me”
