“The wood seems to be excellent. The person delivering it was very personable. I was a little taken aback by the price (though I recognise that wood peices are going up everywhere) and to discover that the wood had been shipped from Eastern Europe - so a much bigger carbon footprint than I had imagined.”

“We needed a replacement fire and found a suitable model on Calido’s site. It was clearly priced and available. When we arrived, a few technical queries were answered quickly and accurately. We paid, the palletised fire was very carefully lifted with a forklift in to our van and we were away within 20 minutes of our arrival. First class service & competitive price. Highly recommended.”

“Order for 40 mixed bags of logs was completed on time and without fuss. On delivery the product was exactly as expected and of an excellent quality. The logs were delivered and dropped right outside my storage facility. Very pleased with my first experience of a Calido Logs bulk order. Will certainly be using Calido for my future log purchases.”
