“Delivery on time and good communication- driver left the pallet exactly where we wanted. The net bags are great when you have an awkward area to store the logs, and also make it easy to bring a decent amount into the house.”

“It was by chance that I came across the Calido site and how glad was I. Within 48hrs I had researched the product, placed an order initially for 2 tons, then given a delivery date within 3 days of purchase. Also 'John' was fortunately on hand to guide me through the online procedure which incidently is very straight forward. I will certainly be purchasing my wood supply from Calido from now on. The only problem I now have is, do I share my good fortune of finding a supplier of the high quality wood briquettes with my friends and fellow wood burners, or do I keep it to myself? I think I'll share it to ensure that the Calido company remain in business, in Scotland.”

“The service was outstanding from ordering to delivery. I was telephoned to be advised that my order was being despatched that night and delivered on my requested day. I was telephoned by the delivery driver on the delivery day at 8.00am and informed he would be with me within the hour. We couldn't help the poor weather that hindered the unloading but the pallet was delivered into my garage on an electric pallet truck instead of being dropped on the road outside as previous delivery drivers had done.”

“Very well satisfied with service and delivery. Not burning my stove at present so have given a 4* grading until I start burning the fuel but if it’s the same quality as the last delivery you can expect a 5* repot from me.”

“The logs arrived in time. The van driver was helpful and left the crate exactly where I wanted it. I then barrowed about 50 loads to my log store. I dismantled the crate and have made a trough for flowers. Some parts of the crate with too many nails have been cut up for burning. So nothing wasted. Thank you Calido.”

Hi Stephen, Thank you for coming back and ordering from us again this year. Apologies for the delivery being a day late. I followed this up with Palletline as they hadn't made us aware of this. I believe there was an issue with the lorry which meant it wasn't able to complete it's delivery run on the day in question. Palletline told me they communicated this with you which I hope they did. Hi Tim, Thank you for your order for our hardwood heat logs and also for taking the time to give us a review, it's much appreciated. I'm sorry you didn't get provided with an ETA for your delivery. We do ask that the drivers call ahead if possible but sometimes poor reception or other circumstance mean they can't. For this reason we do say that delivery can be any time between 9am and 5pm on the day of delivery. If a mobile number is provided rather than a landline then the Pallet network system automatically sends a txt with an approximate delivery time. Failing that if you contact our office in the morning we can try to get an ETA from Palletline from you. As Pallet deliveries can be difficult at certain properties it's not as easy to give ETA's for deliveries as it is for parcels however it's something our delivery partner is looking into.
