“I required a chensney heater cover for my stove .This was achievd by shopping and paying on line. The whole process was simple and delivery echoed within the time allocated. I will shop again or drop by the store. Thank you Linda”

“First time we've used this company for our kiln dried logs after finding them on line. Very impressed from start to finish. Logs well packed and seem good quality, delivery was very straightforward on the day we requested and the helpful driver placed the crate where we wanted. “Love calido briquettes. Unfortunately I have been unable to purchase until recently because of restriction of Palletways regarding delivery to my property. However I have managed to solve this problem by having them delivered to another address and then having them forwarded on to me in a suitable vehicle. I live on a flat, main road but have a gravel driveway!”

“Excellent all round. Ordered a half pallet of briquettes, we were kept informed all along the way of progress and delivery to central London carried out by a very friendly and helpful driver. Great quality product and a very fair price. Will definitley use them again.”

“I was very satisfied with the service I received, I have not used any briquettes yet it is not cold enough, only one criticism, the tracking said delivery between 8AM and 9-30 am, it didn't arrive until 1-30 PM, there was no updates.”
