“I'm a big fan of the verdo wood briquettes,so came across Calido logs and ordered a full pallet.From initial contact the order was delivered very quickly on a day of my choice,in fact they arrived a day early!.Delighted with the order and would recommend the waxling firelighters which were tipped by John.Great service from the team,great price and will be using them again in the future,happy days!”

“Really handy size, and threw out a surprising amount of heat so very pleased in every possible way. The best bit was the contact I had from yourselves when there was a delay (not a fault of yours) but you kept me informed all along and found me a good alternative.”

“Nice logs, well cut and dry. Delivered as promised. Good communication with seller and delivery company. Unfortunately, the pallet was just a few inches too high to fit through garage door - otherwise all as expected.”
