“The product and service from Calido was excellent but the delivery fell short. No delivery on the day and I had to chase the delivery to get it in the end. Calido were supportive but no apology from the delivery company”

“Excellent log burner. Good knowledgeable customer service. Professionally installed in our conservatory. Looking forward to using the log burner in the winter months. (Not been used as yet) One of our friends has just purchased a log burner from Calido and it’s going to use the same company for the installation based on our experience. Would thoroughly recommend Calido for supplying logs, as well as the purchase of a log burner, and sundry items such as companion seat, flue thermometer etc Regards, Scott Prior”
