“From ordering a crate of logs to delivering them 3 days. Could not be bettered. Only use fire in late evening just to take chill off as weather’s a bit warmer now for C/H, I have no problems with logs as they give out a nice heat and glow, will definitely buy again and recommend.👍👍👍”

“Good clean logs. Friendly delivery chappy. Probably on the more expensive side for crates of logs but not over excessively priced. We would normally purchase 1.6m crate but I don’t think Calido do a larger size. Overall, a very good local service.”

“Excellent delivery on day requested and driver was very helpful dropping pallet as close to driveway as possible - the birch logs are very good giving out loads of heat - no complaints here and will certainly contact Calido Logs when we need some more.”

“First order from Calido and wasn’t disappointed. Have used soft wood before and ordered Birch hardwood. What a difference! Burn longer and give better heat. Order was delivered promptly and the driver was so helpful. He positioned the pallet straight into the garage. Will definitely use again. Also nice to watch the fantastic glow from the Birch.”
