Thank you for your review of our Hotties Heat Logs Mr Beard. I've used them in the pizza oven we have in the showroom a few times and they are very good especially if broken up a little as they get the oven up to temperature even faster that way. “Top class service for the installation of our new wood burner. We were between two stoves, one on display in the showroom and one that was boxed up in their warehouse. John was kind enough to open up the other stove so that we could see it before making our mind up. Can’t fault that level of customer service.”

“Seamless order online, selected delivery arrived on the day, nets on pallet well protected with shrink wrap. All went according to plan. Happy camper. Would certainly recommend Calido logs.”

“Hi. I struggled with the web site but phoned up and from then on the service was top notch . Delivery rang up and gave me due notice and he arrived on time . We had to split the load because 50 sacks of Hot Max was too much for the pump truck but the driver was a good sort and we got unloaded and stacked away . All in all job well done Cheers Giles”

“Price is competitive with other suppliers. Very good service. From placing order and having ability to choose a delivery date, to the actual delivery by Palletline. The driver reversed his truck up our drive to right in front of our woodshed, and unloaded the tonne of heat logs. The previous company we used whose transport was Frenni, would not on any account bring the logs up the drive so left 1 tonne on path for 2 girls to move all way up drive to woodshed.(I did complain about this to the company concerned). I did in fact ring Calido after our delivery to thank them and compliment them on the excellent service from both them and their courier. I would not hesitate to recommend Calido and will use again without question. Thank you for a very pleasant buying experience, which is a rare event these days.”
