“Great service from start to finish. Really easy to order over the phone. On the day of delivery, the driver called me on route and he was very helpful in siting the pallet, making it easier for us to offload. Thanks to the team at Calido and special thanks to James. “Order for 40 mixed bags of logs was completed on time and without fuss. On delivery the product was exactly as expected and of an excellent quality. The logs were delivered and dropped right outside my storage facility. Very pleased with my first experience of a Calido Logs bulk order. Will certainly be using Calido for my future log purchases.”

“Good quality logs, well packaged as always. Delivery was delayed by one day due to issues with the pallet delivery company. It would have been good to have been contacted by them to let me know that delivery wouldn't happen as waited around most of the day before i contacted the delivery company directly.”

“Delivery of a full pallet arranged for thursday, got phone call from delivery driver at 9.30am on wednesday asking where house was. Driver reallystruggled to get them onto tailgate! His pallet truck could barely lift them. After some time he got them off tailgate but could not move them at all. Because of this they are left out on the road in the rain so had to cover with tarpaulin. I have been cutting my firewood for 40yrs but due to poor health have now to buy it. I have had to arrange a forklift to move them 2mt into my garage at a cost. Logs are great, delivery co not so good. This is not Calido fault but the delivery company who say they deliver pallets need updating their equipment. I cant unload these one by one because of my health so unfortunately will not be able to buy these again.”

“The crate of high quality Ash wood was bone dry and cut into good sized logs, tightly packed into a crate and ready to burn. As always the logs were delivered very quickly by James, after ordering on line. Nothing was too much trouble for him as he delivered it right to our log store in the garden. James is always friendly, polite and helpful and able to give some really good advice on how to get the longest burn time out of the logs. I can’t rate Calido highly enough and have no problem in recommending this family business to anyone reading this review.”

“Now we are in autumn I have used my new Arada Stove. I have to say Im extremely pleased with it. Its so easy to clean out, it burns both Wood and Coal nicely. It generates plenty of lovely warmth from both. Previously I had an open fire grate and I am so pleased I have changed to a stove. On ordering the stove from Calido it arrived when it was scheduled to and I was very happy with the price I paid for my stove. So in conclusion, based on my experience i would thoroughly recommend Calido.”
