“Delivered promptly on date stated.Due to weather palette had to lie in drive for several hours.When rain went of,due to wrapping logs were still completely dry.A very satisfied customer.”

“I recently purchased a Charnwood Stove and the customer service at Calido was first class! Staff are welcoming and friendly and John was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They kept us well informed of delivery throughout. It really was a fantastic experience from start to finish!”

“My order of briquettes was delivered on the day requested. The delivery driver contacted me and confirmed the delivery time. The two pallets were unloaded onto a firm surface which suited the pallet truck. I then had to organise them being taken to my storage area. I was very pleased with the whole process of ordering and delivery. I intend to order the same next year.”

“We bought a highly regarded battery powered mower from Calido and loved it - unfortunately, after a couple of months of use, it broke down. Because it was under warranty, we took it to a local dealer who, after two months, had still been unable to source the part needed to make the repair. I contacted Lauren at Calido (which is what I should have done in the first place!) who instantly went to work to resolve the problem. She arranged for the shipment of the mower from the local dealer back up to Scotland, and she and her team turned the repair and repacking around in a day! Her commitment to service was unrivaled and her communication during the entire process was second to none. We couldn't recommend this company and staff more highly and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again. In this day and age, when finding responsible and reliable vendors can be so difficult, finding Calido and Lauren was not only a breath of fresh air, but has been a testament to how companies can, and should, be run. A purchase from Calido is a purchase well made.”

“Really pleased with our birch logs. All decent sizes, no small bits that can often gather when logs are delivered in bags. Logs perfectly dry and ready to use. Good value. Delivery made on our preferred date. Pallet well made and very secure”
