“First class kiln dried birch logs. They are a good size and perfect for my wood burning stove. Delivery is fast and efficient. Would not hesitate to recommend Calido logs.”

“Wood is fine. Delivery a bit tricky cos the truck wouldn't come up our lane. (Overhanging branches) I had to help the driver push the pallet trolley to our back gate.”

“Great company... I was on their web site, to consider them as a supplier of logs for our new wood burning stove, which is good, and saw that on that day they were closed. Then up popped a IM box asking if I wanted help! Well, although closed, Lauren was actually in. Following a few IMs, I called to understand more about them and their offerings. I remain a bit in the dark as to why their logs are significantly more expensive, even for kiln dried logs, I felt sufficiently satisfied that I placed an order. Simple and very easy. Due to my availability, they went out of their way to meet a tight delivery slot. A clean and effortless process. That in itself has value. Will I use them again? Yes... Great service and the logs were of very good quality. All making our first use of our new stove that much more enjoyable. 4*s only due to being a wee bit pricy otherwise 5*+. Service was 6*!”

“Easy to order. Quick, reliable, friemdly service. Great value for money. Having the stove and the logs has enhanced how we feel at home - we look forward to getting home and geting he fire on. Very relaxing - cannot beat the aesthetic value of a real fire . And the cats love it too! :)”

“Delivery was very prompt and with no fuss, driver very helpful. The logs themselves have been a delight - each net well packed and containing a good mix of thicker and thinner logs. And the logs have all been 'good burners', giving us good heat and for an extended period. We'll be back!”

“Calido logs were recommended to us by our installer & we've never been disappointed. If John or Lauren are going to be in the area they calls to see if we need anything! We have a monthly payment plan with them & this allows us to save over the year to cover the expensive cold months. We have recommended them to many of our friends who now use there services.”
