“Very pleased with the hardwood heat logs. Good service and product. They break easily - great for my small stove -and give out a good amount of heat over a long period. Helpful delivery from Palletline. I’ll order a full pallet next time now knowing that a motorised truck is used which means it can be delivered to my garage door.”

“I'm very pleased with this product which I use overnight and also through the day to keep my ancient '50s rayburn ticking over . There is enough heat to let my hot water recover and keep the chill away from my kitchen . The endurance of these briquettes is unparallelled .”

“Super happy with my logs from Calido :)) Having bought bulk loads elsewhere previously (which turned out to be rubbish), I was a little worried about what to expect. I needn't have been - delivery was quick and efficient and the logs themselves are amazing. Long burn time, amazing heat output, no sooty residue and perfect size for my stove. I'm a Calido convert and won't be going anywhere else in future. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.”
