“My experience with Calido logs was good with very knowledgeable and pleasant staff. Unfortunately the delivery through Palletline took a fortnight to reach me, which was rather disappointing.”

“After many hours of researching & visiting showrooms we opted to purchase our log burner from Calido. Despite knowing what we were after we spent a lot of time in the showroom with the very knowledgable staff (particularly John, he’s so clued up and enthusiastic but also not “salesy” like which we really liked). The selection of stoves & price point are competitive! We’ve since had our burner installed & it’s made such a difference in terms of heat & aesthetics. The addition of the complimentary starter kit is amazing, wasn’t expecting it so that was such a nice touch! Would highly recommend Calido, so pleased that we could support local & I believe “people buy from people” - 1st class service.”

“A very impressive fire log. More dense than other fire logs I have tried,therefore longer burning.Was so pleased with Product,I immediately purchased a pallet load. From order to delivery,five stars all round.”

“I'm an old man and have to carry my firewood about 50 yds from front door to garden shed - I can just manage one 40L bag or a 30L bag in each hand so having it delivered in sacks rather than loose suits me. I won't know if the wood is economical until I do my end of season calculations. The logs are all the same length and vary in width between small/medium/large. I will use this supplier again”
