“What a great experienced! A simple purchase of a pallet full of Heat Logs, completed in a few clicks. Then I picked a delivery date just two days away. Still no problem, even though I live at the other end of the British Isles! Came the big day and I had an email from the transport company, telling me when the delivery would appear - within a two-hour slot. Midway into the slot and the vehicle arrived. Surprisingly, it was from a haulier not very far from here, in the New Forest. The driver was polite and understood that I am self-isolating. He asked me, from a good distance, to say where I wanted the pallet placed - and he got it exactly right. No fuss, no problems - other than me having to move a tonne of Heat Logs, on my own, from the front drive to the back garden! Ahh! A great supplier and one I certainly want to deal with again.”
