“I ordered a Husqvarna 450 Mark 2 chainsaw from Calido. Delivery was delayed by 24 hours but this was no fault of Calido as the courier company DPD had some issues. The day after I took delivery I rang Calido with a really really stupid question about the product. The chap I spoke to obviously knew the product extremely well indeed. He knew exactly what I meant when I asked and was able to answer me immediately. I think Calido are a fantastic company and I would have no hesitation in using them again and will definitely be doing so.”
