“Ordered a sample of the briquettes then made a larger order. Great service each time and products work as described. Clean, smoke-free and long burning.”

“We have enjoyed the lovely flames and beautiful smell of birch logs in the past but this year we decided to go for birch and oak mix crate. So far we are enjoying the birch flame coupled with longer burning oak heat. Let the winter commence!”

“I recently trialled the new briquettes, delivery to the Highlands of Scotland was quick and efficient, and the logs are good. Burn well, maybe not as long as the previous verdo wood briquettes but still a very good product.”

“Ordering was easy, delivery very efficient arriving within minutes of estimated time, logs quick to ignite and give great heat in open fire. Hardwood logs seem to have more sawdust than former softwood logs when unwrapping - a bit messier at the hearth.”

“Ordered 2 pallets of Calido brickettes on a Friday morning and they were delivered on Monday morning. The brickettes themselves are clean to burn, snap in half easily and don’t burn too hot. All in all a big success.”

“Excellent delivery time and great logs. Over packaged if anything, can't bring myself to dismantle it, it must be useful for something. Delivery company very friendly and willing to take it further than the top of the drive. No hesitation on using them again.”

“The ordering and delivery process was smooth from.Stirling to Birmingham. The hardwood eco briquettes were well/individually packed. I like the fact they already come in pre-cut/moulded units as breaking up a traditional eco-log into two or three pieces can sometimes be physically challenging. The hardwood eco briquettes themselves burn well and have not disappointed. Finally the price is competitive compared with comparable. We use soft and hardwood eco logs a lot. This was the first order with Calido. I don't think it will be the last.”

“The logs are great but the delivery was a total disaster. The pallet was delivered o Friday 4th of December, in a blizzard the driver dropped the pallet in the road then couldn’t move it, his moving equipment was totally inadequate in the snow, he then told my 78 year old husband he was going to leave it in the road. My poor husband, who also has a heart condition, then ended up shovelling the snow and after begging the driver to help ended up pushing the pallet up our long drive, I arrived home and had to empty the pallet into our garage as the contents were getting soaked, hence we lost the entire top layer of logs.!!!!!!”
