“Our cottage is difficult to find and even harder to get a large van down due to overhanging trees and narrow drive with a bend. It would be better if a smaller vechile uesd as there is no turning room and reversing is the only option.”

“The best customer service I have come across in years. John has been amazing with advice and help. Nothig has been too much. We ordered at tea time and received the very next morning ! Would highly recommend Calido (in fact we already have as we have had so many compliments) thank you so much for everything. Will definitely be back .”

“Have used these hotties for a few winters now. They work well for us and are so convenient. No ash. Calido were the best price and easily ordered. Delivery was fast and the driver placed the palette where we wanted it. Would recommend and will use again.”

“logs are good size, seem to be dry, and neatly packed into a timber frame on delivery I've dismantled the crate with the intention of reusing the timbers, BUT, so so many nails . Do you really need so many long and corrugated nails?”
