“Used this company for the first time this year and have had a great experience. Pleasant and helpful lady took my order and told me when to expect delivery. “As a new Calido customer I was really happy with the customer service from order to delivery. I ordered the pallet of mini hotties which burn really well and are a perfect size for my stove. I will be using Calido again.”

“Great service from a very knowledgeable team. From initial enquiry to delivery, as well as product quality, I have been very satisfied with Calido. The kiln dried logs are a bit more expensive but the heat output is far superior and worth the extra money.”

“Third order now from Calido and always an easy process from online order to delivery right into my garage. There is a really good quantity of wood in the crates which doubles as storage and kindling as you go along. Plenty of heat with a slow burn.”

“Helpful and efficient service from Calido. Their price was very competitive. PalletLine delivery not so good because their ETA’s were way out and they failed to send a small truck which meant double handling for me.”
