“I had a very large window providing natural light to 2 floors from first contacting Cairgorm to installation I was confident with their attention to the contract despite lengthy delay due to issues arising from pandemic.”

“Generally pleased with the new door, although there was an anxious moment when the joiners had to build up the door frame with foam and plastic because the opening was too large. The only other issue is a draught coming under the door when there is an easterly wind. It may just need a strip of silicone paste along the threshold. Would I use Cairngorm again? Yes. Your service was professional, your joiners were hard working and answered any concerns that I had, your final product looks good quality, better than Sinclair windows, who I have used in the past. You were cheaper than Norscot, who I have also used in the past. Norscot joiners did a bit of a slapdash job, with poor attention to detail and I had to get one of their workers back again to finish the job to my my satisfaction.”

“I’m not happy having to make an appointment to come and collect glass. I have to take this into account while planning my day. No other supplier in Inverness do this. Other than the above the product and service is excellent”

“Sold the product well, however the quality of the installation and quality control was poor. The product was also not 100% and quality control was also poor. No compensation was offered after a long discussion”

“On previous occasions, we have found Cairngorm group to be excellent, on this occasion not so. During fitting ceiling was damaged, and fitting team reported damage, and we were told someone would be in touch to repair. After few weeks door dropped and we had to phone to request door be refitted and ceiling be repaired. Door has been adjusted, but ceiling is still damaged and no sign of repair. Twice reported”
