“I had recently purchased a gas regulator hp/lp but by my mistake it was the wrong way round. I needed the covert or rather urgently and the added problem it was fast approaching the weekend and a bank holiday. However I emailed customer services and was delighted by their swift response both in reply and the swiftness of my refund after the return”

“Hi, this bbq is something I should have bought a lot earlier, along with the pizza stone, we have used it alot since it arrived with great results,the quality of this product is really good and very reasonably priced, we like the way it can be stored inside its own carry bag and stowed away we bought this online and delivery was free and very quick, All in a great experience and great piece of kit.”

“I’m absolutely thrilled with my Cadac Citi Chef gas barbeque which I finally got up and running yesterday evening after buying the correct Cadac regulator to enable connection to the gas cylinder. The delivery time was really quick too, and it was so easy to assemble the barbeque as the instructions were straightforward.”

“First experience of using a Cadac this holiday and it has been brilliant. After years of limited options on a competitors equipment we have been able to BBQ, cook Pizzas, Stir fry and looking forward to doing a roast dinner and Steak night while we are away…and then who knows what when we go home. Genuinely impressed and would highly recommend anyone making the investment.”

“Barbecue arrived on delivery day. Easy to assemble. Used it twice now and it is easy to clean, just make sure you condition the cooking surface with oil before you use it and the food wipes off without any problem.”

“I like the Cadac products, but so far am not super enamoured with the customer service The product I bought had a fault (it happens), and i contacted Cadac with a few days to resolve. and then contacted them again. And again. They took almost 2 weeks to come back to me. And when they did they sent me a return label and asked to me to send back the item for repair, specifying that items should be removed (meaning i could not use the original packaging) and that i would be liable for any loss or damage in transit... so in effect they're asking me to take responsibility for their issue. So that meant another call Overall, i think Cadac produce nice products, and they're good quality, but i dont think they know how to react when theres a problem”
