“First, a massive shout-out to Alex Chapman. I know next to nothing about 3D modelling, but my son does and he is assisting me on a project which requires 3D animation. For this project on road safety I needed a 3D modelled car with doors that could open and close, and a glove box which could open and close to put a modelled 3D phone into. I was lost. But hey! Alex, it turns out is a GOD and was able to decipher the descriptions given by manufacturers as to what was suitable for my needs. Give that man a raise. No! Give him two! :-) As for value for money, I got 13 cars (I think) which works out at about £12 per car... brilliant value for money, I think. If I had to make a negative comment, it was only that it wasn't clear that the product was not going to be immediately available after payment. But here, too, is an opportunity to say how politely, professionally and quickly Alex was able to put this right. All hail Alex and CAD Software Direct.”
