“I paid money. The company tells me they can't sell the Vectorworks to me. The company do refund promptly. However I lose my time and my opportunity to buy the software from the other person who has a copy ready to sell. Now I am left with no software and I don't know what to do. Be aware when you buy from them.”

“My problem was with a 2016 perpetual Sketchup Licence which is no longer the licencing model and only for an outdated version, has since been chaned to a different format, and a borken PC. Responded to every email in hours, no trying to upsell things or forwaring me to other people. Very professional service and excelent support for something I bought years ago. I paid for it and they made sure it still worked for me.”
