“There was a problem with the incorrect items being delivered. But after a few emails and pictures showing the error, the correct items were sent free of further charge. Over all happy with the service as the error was rectified.”

“Cable Monkey itself fulfilled the order as requested in their simple online store, however their local delivery courier then uses a 3rd party, who didn't deliver on two separate orders, even though notes had been added for a safe space. To be fair the did re-schedule and delivered the next day, but not ideal if you had taken time off for mission critical items”

“Ordered serer cabinet, the parcel service took 5 days to arrive. Only got it the second attempt, though was at home when they attempted the first one?? Think driver was wanting to go home! Product is well packaged, though no simple instructions with it, and should have recommened a CAt6 punch panel to go with it.”

“Can't fault the product or the service, but the packaging needs a serious overhall as its all plastic (three layers , plastic bag wrapped in bubble wrap wrapped in yards of plastic wrapping)”

“Good kit. Limited range. Got a cat 6a cable to use to connect a modem to bt box. Needed and rj45 to rj11 adapter - which is the bottleneck - but still improved data speeds 30%!! So obv a happy camper!”
