“First I did a huge basket and then couldn't check out, so had to phone and place the order. Then half of the delivery arrived at the billing address instead of the shipping address. Then the half that did go to the right address had wrong items, and duplicate items. After that I gave up.”

“Expected consistent made to order cables not random cables with different thickness, one was a cat6 cable and another was 3m not 4m!!! All in dirty dusty bags and the grey cable was more an awful off-white, won't be using again!!!”

“Don't waste money on next day delivery. So I have ordered an item before 4pm which is the cut off for next day delivery, paid extra for next day delivery and the courier have failed to process the item within their network. When asked for a refund for the expedited delivery costs I was told they don't offer refunds for this. Really silly considering I paid for a service and don't get the service therefore refund me for....that service.”

“Bought an armoured cat 6 cable. Armoured part was as expected and did the job well. However, after stripping the armour to terminate the cable, the outer sheath of the cat 6 cable was attached to the twisted pairs, which then stripped the twisted pairs when removing, making it a nightmare to terminate. Certainly not what I expected and made for a real pain of an experience. Will not be buying from here again.”

“The ordering process was fine but delivery was a total nightmare, after 2 weeks of calls and broken promises I gave up on their delivery agent and demanded a refund. The staff at Cable monkey were helpful but communication was clearly a problem for their delivery firm.”
