“Issue with Cat 6 Ethernet cable. Have ordered this product previously & it was excellent - nice product/quick delivery time etc. Disappointed this time - same but longer Cat 6 cable had printed info on it for the entire length. The previous one had virtually no printed info on it. What's the point in choosing a fancy colour of cable if the entire length is covered in printed info? It needs to state this on the product details on the website. Also poor Customer Service attitude when I phoned up - no apology & the attitude was "I'm the first customer to complain about this issue" so it doesn't matter!! And I have to pay postage to return the goods I'm not happy with! See photos to illistrate the difference in the 2 cables I ordered (at different times).”

“Superb service. Responded immediately to my email when I realised I'd ordered the wrong product and changed it for what I should have ordered in the first place. Not only that but they refunded the difference without being asked. Can recommend without hesitation.”

“The actual customer service and sakes experience was excellent. However, my order included 305m box of Cat5e external cable. The box that the cable was in was very flimsy and falling apart before I even used it. I had to tape the box up to stop if coming open. Also, when I first tried to pull the cable out of the box it was tangled up inside the box so I had to open the box and sort it all out - not very happy. The order also included quite a lot of patch leads. The leads were not packaged in any king of packet but instead, were all just bundled together in different lengths which I again had to untangle. I have never had either of the problems with you or any other supplier before. I will not be buying cable or patch leads from you in the future.”

“After I was let down by another company that took too long to deliver a patch lead order, I approached Cable Monkey who sent out the leads within a few hours of the order. Job done as they say.”
