“Generally good with no major issues. However, a cabinet delivered had a large dent in the door which should have been picked up. You replaced the door promptly. My last order has taken longer than normal and some items are to be delivered at a later date. This would prove problematic if relying on delivery.”

“I ordered a reel of cable, and unfortunately it was mis labelled. I got in touch and a replacement was sent out and arrived the next day, it too was mis labelled but customer service checked stock and sent the correct cable which arrived the next day. Mistakes happen, things get mis labelled, it’s not always the mistakes that are made that defines a company, but the way people deal with them that make customer service great. Only 4 stars as there was a mix up in the first instance, but customer service, polite and professional people made it all good in the end.”

“Purchased a number of Ethernet cables and found they were all the correct length and colour 😀. Seriously, there was a problem with delivery caused by the courier and the customer service team responded quickly and advised how the situation was being resolved. Cables arrived next day as promised. Everything you want from a online retailer.”

“The prices are good, and delivery is prompt. My only issue is that each cable is in a individual plastic bag, this creates a lot of plastic waste when you order lots of cables.”
