“Excellent service - very friendly staff who directed me to the items I needed on their website. Order delivered the following day. It turned out that I needed a couple of blanking plates as well, which I hadn't realised. That would normally have incurred a £5 postal charge for goods of 26p! But Cable Monkey kindly waived the postal charge. Great customer service”

“Needed to specify and stock a short Cat5e patch cable to go with a new product. Found several choices easily on the website. Had to make a quick phone-call to check the wire gauges and after a short hold, the information was provided. Ordered online and received within 48 hrs. Very pleased with the product, service and overall experience.”

“This is the second box of cat 6 cable I've purchased from Cable Monkey, I recommend them. Fantastic quality cat 6 cable and patch leads at a good price and delivered quickly. The CCS outlets are excellent and easy to install (for an amateur), and I had no problem running GbE to POE+ devices (cameras and desk phones).”

“Bought an armoured cat 6 cable. Armoured part was as expected and did the job well. However, after stripping the armour to terminate the cable, the outer sheath of the cat 6 cable was attached to the twisted pairs, which then stripped the twisted pairs when removing, making it a nightmare to terminate. Certainly not what I expected and made for a real pain of an experience. Will not be buying from here again.”
