“Ordering was straightforward and prices are reasonable. Goods were shipped in a timely manner. However, the package was incorrectly addressed which meant the delivery company could not deliver it for several days.”

“Disappointing as the product was out of stock, I ordered next day delivery and was told my item was dispatched. I didn't find out the item wasn't in stock till a week later. Fairplay to the service team as they got an explanation to me and offered to refund me soon after I emailed. Good customer service.”

“I ordered two Cat6 faceplates and two backboxes. The faceplates were fine but the backboxes were not great quality and could flex if twisted. They would have been functional however. The real issue for me was that the faceplates had rounded corners and the boxes had square corners so from an aesthetic point of view it wasn't a great marriage. Used a couple of nice rigid (round cornered) MK boxes instead.”

“I paid for next day delivery as I urgently needed the networking items purchased within two working days, however I didn't receive the items for 4 days. I didn't raise a complaint as the delay due to the recent bad weather but I'm not happy that I haven't been offered a refund of the additional delivery price paid.”

Hi Simon, please accept my apology for the late delivery of your cabinet. As your order was placed at 8pm on the 26th it wasn’t processed and dispatched until the 27th. It should have been with you on the 28th but for reasons unknown to us, despite being at your local FedEx depot, FedEx couldn’t deliver. In this instance FedEx will normally leave a card or a text with a rescheduled delivery date but they will never relay that information back to us. If your delivery doesn’t arrive when expected it is important to tell us as soon as possible, we can often reschedule or reroute it for you. In the meantime I hope you are happy with your products which I understand were delivered on the 1st of March and I can confirm that your delivery charge will be refunded in the next few days.

“Rated down as they used half a box of *what looks like* polystyrene S shapes to pack a load of Ethernet cables. Can't fault them otherwise but think they need to review their packing practices given the current focus on plastic waste. If this packing is actually something other than polystyrene and is bio degradable then I'd suggest making it more obvious and using something like a starch based packing material. Think of the children, man!”

“The website struggled initially to deal with adding a different billing and delivery address, requiring several attempts whilst getting form errors. Once that obstacle was overcome order processing and deliver was extremely efficient with the cables arriving on-site perfectly as requested. We will be using Cable Monkey again for sure.”

“Hi Guys, Using the website was a pleasure. Unfortunately my delivery was not delivered next day as I had paid for. Upon phoning your customer services line I was told the delivery driver said the address was incorrect (the address was correct as it was delivered there two days later). I was told I would be called back with information regarding the redelivery of my item this did not happen either.”
