“I ordered 6 cables but only 5 turned up. No comms were received to let me know. On chasing this up I was told there would be a delivery the following week. Then I was told the item was delayed by another 2 weeks. Very disappointed.”

Hi Ian, I'm sorry your order didn't arrive when you expected. We are open Monday - Friday and orders are processed accordingly. Orders placed at the weekend will be processed the following working day. This information can all be found on our website. Your order was placed on a Sunday, processed Monday and according to the tracking information available on our website, delivered Tuesday as expected.

“Hard to review something that hasn’t turned up. Waited over 2 weeks for a couple of cables but nothing has arrived. Contacted customer services but no reply. Poor service and equally poor communication”

“Great products and company, let down by poor choice of courier. Made a £300 order with next delivery for installation in my new house prior to moving in, although Cablemonkey dispatched the products promptly, the courier unfortunately took a week to deliver, having it in the van twice and not bothering to deliver as they finished working at 3pm. I know this might seem harsh, but ultimately the choice of courier is with the vendor and this reflects on them.”

“Shocking service. Paid for next day delivery but never arrived. In the end I gave up and ordered somewhere else. APC courier was showing delivery attempted and card left but o was home all the time and no card was left! Customer service not great either as they kept telling me for few days that it was going to be delivered "tomorrow" but never happened.”

“delivery came and went as i had to sign for it which i was not told about. despite note on door which is permanently there saying leave with neighbour or they will sign. After sending an two emails to cable monkey asking if APS were there delivery provider as i had a note about them calling but no reference. Had absolutely no response back. Had to ring APS several days later to re deliver , and could thay confirm who it was from. Which they could not. Yet again the next day got a text at 9am After i had left for work saying they would deliver the parcel between 10 -12. that day. Had to leave the job i just got to to come all the way home and wait for delivery. All for £50.00 Worth of cable. which could have been left.”

“I placed the order on 3-8-21 and received an email from Stephanie Johnson to say delivery would be delayed until 18-8-21 which i accepted but told you i would be away from 22nd. You replied ok no worries. On 4-8-21 I got an email saying it had been shipped and you deducted the payment from my account. so i expected to receive it shortly after that. I still have not received the item.”

“Placed an order late Thursday pm and paid extra for next day delivery. Eventually received my order on the Monday. Not to be trusted!! They should not make promises on their website they can’t keep no matter the circumstance. Disrespectful to customers as a result”

“Awful service promised next day delivery, no communications to say my order was delayed. Eventually when I did get someone after a week of waiting they could bit seem to care less. Save yourself the hassle and go to Comms Express. I got everything I needed the next day and for less money.”
