“The order was forfilled quickly and accurately. Unfortunately one item was damaged in transit. My email re this was followed up within 2 hours and a replacement posted out to me same day. Excellent service I can happily recommend and would certainly use Cable Monkey again.”

“I've used Cable Monkey a few times now. Their service has always been first rate. There was a delivery problem with my last order, so I contacted their Customer Service team. They were incredibly helpful, kept me fully informed of the situation, and resolved it quickly. In my long experience you can only tell if a company is any good when something goes wrong. By their actions Cable Monkey proved they were a good company to do business with.”

“Cable Monkey itself fulfilled the order as requested in their simple online store, however their local delivery courier then uses a 3rd party, who didn't deliver on two separate orders, even though notes had been added for a safe space. To be fair the did re-schedule and delivered the next day, but not ideal if you had taken time off for mission critical items”
