“My order was somehow lost in transit eventually arriving badly damaged. The response was apologetic and promptly the next day I received my replacement. Problems occur, its how you deal with them that matters. Very satisfied.”

“Products were good and service was good. Delivery was late and paid for the fastest service could get, Had to look for other suppliers to complete. Would use it again, But improve the shipping.”

“Excellent product, very efficient order handling. Only reason for reduced score is sub standard courier choice. No ability to modify the delivery, or choose a timeslot for recording delivery, won't use a safe place or redeliver to a pickup shop and the "local" depot was miles away. All things considered, the efficient handling of the order was completely negated as it was 5 days later and £10 of fuel to get my delivery! Please consider using a better courier eg DPD, where there is much more flexibility and live monitoring/ tracking.”

“Speedy service. I didnt give 5 stars as some of the cables were sent in a platic bag inside a box - it would have been nice if they were all packaged in boxes identifyig the lengths....eg 1M / 2M etc.”

“Easy to use website and able to supply what I needed. Carriers not so good. They were given parcel on Dec 29th and didn't deliver until Jan 10th and then only I suspect after they had been chased up after I contacted cable monkey to find out what had happened.”

“Bought some Cat6a for a house wire-up along with a wall cabinet. Unfortunately the delivery was a bit haphazard (lost in transit) but Aimee was more than helpful in getting it resolved. Products are good quality, despite the delivery challenges I would use again.”
