“Cable monkey were fine .. but you use APC for delivery. . Which is poor. Had I known I would have ordered with someone else as APC are the worst delivery company to deliver to us. I wish all online retailers would state who they are going to use so I could avoid them. The driver today rang while sat in his van outside my house to ask where my safe place is .. but I was in.. if I had missed the call for any reason he wouldn't have left his van. They had already left me a card that stated they were sending it back to the sender... no notice re delivery .. no slot.. just turned up today and obviously just expect every one to wait at home every day..all day in the hope they turn up. Shame.. Please use did in future. .. I don't care about the cost.”

“Ordering was relatively simple, but I was disappointed to discover the Cable Monkey idea of white is actually light grey. Especially when the cabling doesn't match the colour of any of the white boots or cables I have already. Support was dismissive, and for the cost of the cable it wasn't worth a return.”

“AS you asked for a review.. Postage was slower than needed to be. Was a pain.. I can post a second class letter and it gets there within 48 hrs so no excuses really”

“Delivery was quick - but I ordered 3 pair cable and received 4 pair cable. An extra pair for free you might say - but I can tell you that fitting 4 pair cable under the edge of a fitted carpet is nothing like as easy as it would have been using 3 pair cable, so it wasn't appreciated.”

“Generally happy, however FedEx missed a next-day delivery delaying my job by a day costing me time and money to sort out. Cablemonkey asked me to contact FedEx to arrange compensation. Should not be a customer's responsibility to do this. Deliveries need to be reliable.”

“Was a quick and efficient service but not 100% sure on product description. I’m not particularly knowledgeable on phone plugs but my impression was that an RJ11 was a small plug which I wanted to fit into my hub for internet, it was so a bt socket could then be connected to that I pull use the phone through my hub, anyway when it arrived they were both big clips so would not fit As such a reasonable price it wasn’t worth sending back.”

“Good website, easy process and swift delivery, but why oh why oh why do you feel the need to pack up cables already in sealed bags, into boxes with a tonne of polystyrene packing, not only does it go everywhere (not good in an IT / server area) but is also not good for the environment - consider using easily recyclable materials if you must fill half the box with packing!”

“Not as good as in the past. One of the connectors was broken and one had 2 wires the same colour. So a 10% fail so far on the order. Also why are the male rj45 to d9 connectors pinned out (ie colourwise) diffently to the female ones? There is also no map on the site of these pin numbers to colours.”

“Whilst I am no expert, the quality of the ‘external’ cable I received was way below my expectations. The outer sheathing of the cable looked no different to normal network cable, I have not installed yet so can not comment on actual performance. Overall service, packaging and delivery was outstanding.....”

“Product is good but packaging was excessive - 30m of cable in a huge box packed out with polystyrene beans. Unnecessary expense for Cable Monkey, a headache for us to dispose of and environmentally awful.”

“The initial purchasing and turnaround time were great. However, As I have written to you via e-mail previously, but had no response. after checking the delivery and billing address I entered, (which were correct), you proceeded to put the incorrect address (a different company name) on the package. Thankfully the company it was delivered to were honest and called us, we went and collected the package from them, however I don't know how this happened.”
