“I have to rate you as poor simply because the cable is defective and will need replacing.I wasted a whole lot of time trying to trace faults in my network and finally discovered the fable was defective. Every other aspect of your service has been excellent, in fact a second cable purchased (before testing the first) is working as it should and without the first purchase I would have rated you very good.”

“I ordered the cable to connect my phone to the BT socket in my house, the plugs on each end are the same as the existing cable that connects my phone to the BT socket however when connected, no dial tune is heard. If the cable had been more expensive I would have returned it but it will cost nearly as much in postage so I'll not bother and will not be dealing with the company in the future. Yours, that little bit poorer and much annoyed.”

“I bought a 1m telephone cable from Cable Monkey which did not work. There was no dialling tone. I rang them and they rang me back to say that I should only buy a cable that was relevant to my phone. The website did not specify any requirements for purchasing the cable and so I now have a cable which does not work. Although they contacted me and were very pleasant on the phone they did not suggest that I should send it back or get a refund.”

“Sent my parcel to a wrong address. Then I had difficulty getting said parcel because I couldnt prove it was mine because I didn't have the card that was put through the address that was listed on the box. If the company can't even get something simple right like sending to the right address what hope is there?”

“After sending cable with good quality sheathing on earlier orders, later orders have much inferior outer sheath. When asked Cable Monkey say performance is not affected which I dont doubt but given premium price it makes no sense if cable is overall now of lower quality. Earlier sheathing was far better at helping around bends and when installing.”

“We received the wrong cable from what we ordered so not the best first impression to be honest. However on the positive side, the issue was resolved in a good quick fashion by a lady named Rebecca. She was very helpful. The correct cable was arranged and sent out to us on a next day before 10:30am delivery. This enabled us to complete the work with our customer without any delay so the customer were none the wiser that the wrong cable had been sent to start with.”

“Good price, prompt delivery but Cat 6 cable came with a damaged drum so cable could not be easily ran off.”

“Initially guaranteed delivery before 1200 so that the order could be installed. Installation man was waiting at the property for an hour without the delivery. I couldn't get through to the courier to determine the actual delivery time till 2 hours later. Delivery was then incorrect as the wrong package was delivered. Driver went back to delivery correct package after 1900 Friday night.”

“Very quick dispatch and delivery. Item as described, but packaging was really very disappointing and didn't really provide any protection for the item during transit, resembling a bin bag on top of some bubble wrap. To me this was a shortcut too far.”
