Never received item. Paid for next day, even called courier who insisted it would be delivered on the day. Week and a half later still nothing. Asked for refund and had no response.

I did not get all of my order on the day it should have arrive which caused the job to be delayed and all the jobs in front to be rescheduled. If I was told I would have made arrangements for more cable.

Paid for next day delivery on a wed evening and order arrived on a Monday afternoon emailed to complain as had to buy elsewhere and was ignored

I ordered with Cable Monkey last week. My order was late due to the poor chouce of courier service. I received my package so late that it halted the progress of a project I was managing which caused a considerable amount of stress to both myself and my client. I will therefore not be using Cable Monkey again.

The article arrived very heavily damaged. Considering it is a 45kg comms cabinet it must have taken a huge knock. I have written to CableMonkey explaining this but have yet to receive a reply - besides this "How did we do?" email. They did very poorly!

Unfortunately we payed for next day service, but twice it never arrived! Through investigation it showed that the driver had it on his vehicle but failed to deliver it! In the end we had to send one of our staff to Slough to collect personally from Fed Ex

Still haven’t received my parcel, I’d have though after charging almost the same price for postage as the goods purchased it would have arrived by now (a week later)

If I could give cable monkey zero I would. Because it has been over a week since I ordered 2-3days delivery and I still have not received the cable they have held the full job up for a week because we can’t plaster the ceiling until the cable is in. Absolutely terrible

Hi Wayne, Please accept my apology for the late arrival of your cable. As we advised you on the phone this morning, FedEx are showing your cable as being delivered on the 31st and signed for by L.HOLT, you will have received a tracking link from us within 24 hours of placing your order. However as you still appear to be without your cable we have shipped another one out for you. It’s always worth telling us as soon as possible if your order doesn’t arrive when expected. We can normally fix the problem the same day.

Ordered goods exactly a week ago on Saturday. Delivery scheduled for Tuesday. Goods still haven't appeared Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday (so far).
