“Item (19” 12U rack) was marked as out of stock when I ordered but I was still promptly contacted by CM customer services and handled very attentively and politely. I felt like I had a 1on1 service and the item arrived sooner than expected and packed well. Thanks CableMonkey!”

“Easy to navigate the site, very glad of the helpful explanations in choosing the correct cables, easy to order ,fast despatch, dropped a star as since replacing 3 cat 5 cables with upgraded ones from here our aerial reception (signal) has got worse not better , no idea why !”

“Your communication was good and so was your service. Pity about the courier APC who delivered the original goods to the wrong address in Battersea.
