“Only used them once and payed for next day , I was hoping to receive goods before 10am but this did not happen the goods arrived at 15.30 giving us no time to complete our installation . The service is only good If your not in any hurry to receive your goods . We would not use them again PCB Service Ltd”

“CableMonkey's prices are good, and their service is reasonable. However their website is poor - if you've put items in your basket, you can only deal with that basket on the computer and browser where you created it. The contents don't follow you even if you're logged in. My first basket was lost after I registered with them. On the plus side, they treated this lost basket as abandoned and offered me a 10% discount code, so not all bad! Their registration e-mail contained a faulty link, and my e-mail alerting them to this problem has so far gone unacknowledged. One of their data sheets crashed Acrobat, and when I opened it in another reader it contained only marketing fluff; no data or specifications. I wouldn't expect a high standard of customer service from them. They'd be fine if you know what you want and are knowledgeable enough to deal with problems yourself.”

“The item i purchased was great but the delivery was 2 days after the next day delivery that i had paid for, SHAME !! would have expected notification by Cable Monkey that order had been delayed, I had to phone them, SHAME !!”

“The available choice of product and delivery was good. One of the items had the wrong coloured Cat 5 insert. This was dealt with quickly though and a replacement part sent out for early the next day.”

“The registering process was a bit convoluted and my first (and, so far, only) purchase took a few attempts which wasn't great. Site looks ok and works pretty well otherwise. Mail notifications came at each stage of my purchase so I felt well informed and knew exactly when it had arrived.”

“Purchased two mains PDUs, one had a dud socket but cable monkey replaced the defective one in a prompt and manner. I do have lingering doubts about the innards of these PDUs and personally would not now trust them beyond modest load/current. Sockets do not have a good/convincing 'feel' when you insert a standard UK plug, despite the PDUs externally appearing to be well made.”

“I was generally happy with my order. I did use cable monkey because they offered 0.5m fibre cables, which were supposed to be in stock when I ordered but 1m ones where delivered instead. These obviously work OK but aren't as neat as I would like and I didn't know anything about the substitution until the goods arrived leaving me no time to make other arrangements.”

“Your packaging needs a lot of improvement, Polystyrene "peanuts" are a nightmare just use paper or bubblewrap or air bags...anything instead of the peanuts!”
