“Fast service - the order had a picking error on it, but this was rectified very quickly without fuss. You learn more about a company when things go wrong, and these guys did well. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.”

“The service provided was very good, however, the accounts system was a bit lacking in that you could not obtain invoices once goods had been sent they had to be requested manually and I am still waiting to receive the credit note for a refund.”

“Quality product, overall happy. However, slight issue trying to pay with PayPal as they only do immediate payment through PayPal. Putting money into my PayPal account would have delayed processing of order and delivery so I then did it using a card. Then was unsure whether the order had been placed twice and had to email to get confirmation it hadn't. Would be better if the normal PayPal payment process was available.”

Hi John, thanks for your feedback. For small transactions we do ask for payment upfront. I’m afraid we don’t offer any form of delayed payment or credit through PayPal. If you choose to pay by PayPal you’ll either need to have the funds in your PayPal account already, or have your PayPal account linked to your bank card (eliminating the need to transfer funds). We do offer our own credit facility enabling customers to pay by purchase order, if you’re interested in setting up an account please get in touch.

“Good service. And cable exactly what we wanted. We were slightly confused with the delivery. It was a few days between ordering and delivery. We were not informed who the carrier was and there was no indication of who the package was from, when the carrier contacted us. Made all the more alarming when the carrier didn’t make the drop at the designated time. The package did arrive safely next day. But it would have helped if more information was given by the carrier or Cable Monkey when sending.”

“Very good to deal with. However their delivery Partners let them down again as they fail to give the drivers the correct navigation equipment to locate difficult to find places - driver said tried to turn him off middle of Motor Way. Had left instructions to help but Delivery company did not pass onto driver.”
