“I made an error on the order, ie: instead of delivery I mistakenly pressed the pick up option. As soon as I noticed this,I called them and straight away changed it to delivery and posted it first class, same day, I received it the following day. Such efficiency, would definitely use them again.”

“Needed a ethernet cable to run from my house to the shed at the bottom of the garden. Contacted Cable Monkey first to see what cable I needed they were very helpful. Cable arrived next day. Has now been installed and works amazingly well. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely use them again.”

“Quality product, overall happy. However, slight issue trying to pay with PayPal as they only do immediate payment through PayPal. Putting money into my PayPal account would have delayed processing of order and delivery so I then did it using a card. Then was unsure whether the order had been placed twice and had to email to get confirmation it hadn't. Would be better if the normal PayPal payment process was available.”

Hi John, thanks for your feedback. For small transactions we do ask for payment upfront. I’m afraid we don’t offer any form of delayed payment or credit through PayPal. If you choose to pay by PayPal you’ll either need to have the funds in your PayPal account already, or have your PayPal account linked to your bank card (eliminating the need to transfer funds). We do offer our own credit facility enabling customers to pay by purchase order, if you’re interested in setting up an account please get in touch.
